and therefore I try to provide this model in each visit!
While working with your Health-Care Provider, we can set up a treatment plan to fit you or your loved ones needs.
Treatment for personal injury cases, rehabilitation, pain
or therapeutic healing modalities may require a MD, DC, or DO's prescription. Occasionally these services may be covered by insurance.

I have been a Registered Nurse since 1986 and for over 40 years, have worked in Acute Care, Emergency, Intensive Care and Neonatal.

Lomi Lomi Massage is the Ancient Healing Massage of Hawaii. "Lomi Lomi" means to return to the source and it does exactly that. This technique is one of long flowing, wave-like rhythmic movements, as in a dance of massage.
Where the intention is to find congestion in areas of the body and to open them up. This technique will leave you
feeling enveloped in health & comfort. it can be a mentally, physically and spiritual experience. A truly blessed experience with many health benefits.

Lymphatic Massagecombines flowing, relaxing strokes, working towards the heart to provide circulation, with multiple health benefits. It mimics light Swedish in some ways but focuses on providing excellent detoxing benefits while also providing a wonderful massage experience in itself.
This will assist all the good things you are doing for yourself already, and intensify those Physical, Spiritual and Emotional needs of your body as well. I often incorporate reiki, reflexology and other modalities into this massage for a complete healthy relaxing experience. It can also provide pain relief in most instances. I find lymphatic is the best massage for most needs and optimal well-being.

Senior or Geriatric Massage
is provided in a shorter time with gentle strokes and special techniques, for fragile bones and skin. This allows for increased blood flow and circulation, just as regular massage does. Massage can be done seated or laying down. Whole body or customized.
Equally, it can be done with or without day clothes in a secure, slow paced environment specialized to each individual and their health needs.

Swedish Massageis a very therapeutic style of bodywork. It
combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes
such as rolling, kneading & percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits are
wide-ranging and can include relief from aches & pains, decreased stress levels, enhanced mental clarity, improved sleep, and greater flexibility.
I do not provide full body deep tissue or sports massage.
I do provide deep tissue integration for specific areas only.
I can however, utilize deep vibrational mechanical stimulation
to the full body as part of the massage at no extra charge.
I believe Swedish combined with Lymphatic massage is perfect for a relaxing treatment...yet it has the deep health benefits as well, without stressing the muscle or tissues.

Pregnancy Massage
is a form of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. It's a time in which a woman’s body endures tremendous stress due to physical, mental, and emotional changes. It is equally important that placement of bolsters and cushions are used for optimal comfort and safety of the client.
Using various techniques specifically for the new mother, Pregnancy Massage helps alleviate discomforts experienced throughout the pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the reduction of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation, and relief from uncomfortable digestive issues.

Infant Massageis a style of bodywork designed specifically
to promote the healthy development of
full term infants and premature babies
alike. Caring human touch is crucial for a
healthy thriving baby, and the benefits

Raindrop Techniqueuses non-invasive massage to the feet and
spine with Essential Oils. It is said to relieve symptoms of back problems and the immune system. It is a 50-60 minute treatment within itself and has been
used for spinal cleansing and general health by Dr. Gary Young, ND since the 1980"s. This technique leaves you feeling healthy and is used with heat, massage and oils for an overall wonderful experience.

Pinswed
is a Ayurvedic half hour body massage
or it can be included with another type
of massage. It utilizes heated herb packs applied to special areas of the body; for detoxing & balancing.
This adds the quality of aromatherapy as well.
The warm packs use ginger root and celery
seed surrounded by soft cotton. Used on the major muscle areas. It can
be calming for some & invigorating for others. A feeling of cleansing is
usually noted by most.

Reflexologyis a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body.
According to reflexology, every part of the human body
is mapped into the feet. Treatments have been found to
be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression. This includes pressure points to the hands and feet to increase "Chi" and assist the nervous system for balance of the body.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that cleanses and balances the energy patterns in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum mental, emotional, and physical health.
During a session, I work in energetic connection with you, in order to remove blockages, detoxify & restore your natural energy force. The Reiki techniques utilize a gentle laying on of hands above or directly on the body, to conduct the necessary energy between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
Reiki does NOT send any thing to you or cause things to happen. It opens pathways for healing and your body works with those open areas to send the needed energy where it needs it the most. This can be done with your clothes on or worked into a massage session as well.

Medical Qi-GongWorks with electromagnetic fields of the body. It is one of the four main branches of Chinese Medicine.
It treats the patient as a whole to correct Bio-energetic imbalances in the body. It is based on the acupuncture points and works with the meridians. It is used with exercise, breathing, mental intention, for the organs and immune system. It is practiced as well with pre and post surgical patients. The relief of discomfort can be immediate for some.

Acupressure is a form of bodywork similar to acupuncture,
with the aim of stimulating specific points along the energy lines of the body to establish overall health & vitality by balancing the Qi (energy) flow. Unlike acupuncture however, with this modality I use my hands to apply pressure to
the specific points rather than needling,
producing similar therapeutic results. This allows balancing the "meridians"
of the body, that is said to assist in overall health.

Biomagneticsfeatures many different types of services ranging from magnet therapy to body energy work.One of these is Balancing of the "psoas", which is one of
the large major muscles in your body.
This muscle is responsible for many actions that occur in our activities of daily living. When "out of balance" it can cause much discomfort in the area and "referred" pain as well. Balancing it can remove or reduce pain as well as assist with other body functions.
Another modality is Magnet Therapy and has been used for years in decreasing inflammation and increasing circulation. The benefits have
been shown to help reduce pain and assist in healing as well. Researched
and used in hospital studies as well.
I provide deeper vibrational massage on large muscles for relaxation and circulation.
Low dose Ultrasound can be utilized for sore and injured areas with doctors Rx or upon request.

Aromatherapyis utilized with Essential oils & used and can be used with or without others services. It has been around
for hundreds of years and is said to have stress
relieving properties of emotional, physical or
spiritual well being.

Hydro Therapy
is the application of heat or cold, wet or dry used for decreasing inflammation, reducing pain, comfort and healing. It is used for for new injuries or long term as well as for stress relief. This can be used by itself or with other modalities and is used in many different ways for different desired outcomes. Our bodies are 70-80 % water and it is essential for our health.
$33.00 for 30 minutes used alone
Imagery & Visualization
is the practice of guided thought and suggestions for relaxation and positive change. Whether it is for removing a bad habit, pain relief or used for
calming therapy in the elderly... it can make a difference in the session, that can have lasting effects for hours, days or weeks.
$30.00 for 1/2 hour.
$45.00 for One hour visit
Music Therapy has been noted to reduce stress & pain, calm, change habits and alter thought patterns. It can be used in combination with a massage session or in sitting session with the elderly. Through it's sounds and vibrations, it can have a positive effect on the body, mentally, physically and spiritually. CD's, vocal tones or instruments are used as requested.

Color Therapyis in all my services simply, but can be
used as a therapeutic treatment as well. This modality has been around for hundreds of years and is now starting to make a comeback. It is
used in seasonal affect disorders and other instances. Just the colors you wear each day can make a difference in your mood & outlook.

Spiritualservices customized as per clients requests.
As a Non-Denominational Minister, I respect each persons faith and their beliefs. It can
be as simple as praying with someone to reading the scriptures, singing praise or talking about their beliefs. Faith has shown to increase the longevity of a persons life and to ease pain and burdens.

Hospice CareThese clients have different comfort needs. My practice hopes to bring a combination of my services to share. Although many are not completely alert, research has shown that they do feel, think, smell, hear and taste and are in touch with their immediate surroundings.
By bringing multiple forms of treatments to them, they are able to to wake and sleep each day, with something special for them and their comfort.
Doctor's orders may be required. My services also assist the family in integrating the blessed time they have with their loved one in a
environment of the human touch and caring.
$33.00 for 30 Minutes or $60.00 for One hour
Ministry- as an Ordained Minister, I can also provide you
with non-denominational services for Weddings, House Blessings, Renewal of Marriage Vows,
Baptism and Blessings for the very Ill and deceased. Authorization depends on local city and state laws.
